I am a senior at Georgia Gwinnett College majoring in information technology software development and minoring in business. The reason why I chose ADP for the global products and technology program is the fact that it was really open for me to choose, within the program, what I wanted to do. Also, we have this chance to interact with different other interns, from not only the global product and technology department, but also sales, marketing. And we have this good mix of interns class coming together to learn more about ADP. GPT Internship program– it’s a 10-week long program, and we get placed into a team where we have assigned mentor and a manager. So we work closely with a mentor on different products that are developing right now. We travel to campuses across the country to meet students who are sharp, creative, driven and friendly.

I chose to stay here because I feel important at ADP. When you’re looking for a job it’s hard to find a corporation and a set of people that make you feel like you matter. So to somebody looking outside into ADP, what they really need to know is it’s not a payroll company. And I definitely had that perception when I came in. And it’s only really once you get inside it that you realize there’s so many different facets to ADP.
